From March 31 to April 27, 2025 The Moucharabieh Egg: Jean Lachenal’s chocolate masterpiece

A tribute to Moroccan craftsmanship, the Moucharabieh Egg by Jean Lachenal both technically masterful and visually poetic. This finely carved creation, in milk or dark chocolate, reveals a heart of roasted peanut praline, soft caramel, and amlou. A gourmet work inspired by Moroccan decorative art.

Brazil comes to Le Jardin: Chef Raphaël Rego’s pop up

From April 10 to May 11 2025, Le Jardin restaurant welcomes Brazilian Michelin-starred Chef Raphaël Rego for an exclusive culinary residency. His vibrant and daring cuisine weaves a dialogue between the Moroccan and Brazilian terroirs. Exceptional ingredients, masterful techniques and a sunny atmosphere: a gastronomic rendezvous punctuated by samba and bossa nova, to be discovered from April 10 for lunch, and from April 18 for dinner onwards.
