Le Jardin celebrates Brazil: a culinary residency by Chef Raphaël Rego

From April 10 to May 11, 2025, Le Jardin at Royal Mansour Marrakech is hosting a unique culinary
event: an exclusive pop-up led by Michelin-starred Chef Raphaël Rego. In the lush garden setting,
where palm trees sway to the spring breeze, Brazilian cuisine offers a colourful and emotion-filled interlude in Marrakech.

A dialogue between two cherished terroirs: Brazil and Morocco

This pop-up is born of a meeting between two vibrant cultures close to Chef Raphaël Rego’s heart. Through a bespoke menu, he reimagines the great classics of Brazilian cuisine by blending them with the treasures of Moroccan produce. Moqueca da Bahia, baru nuts, tucupi sauce, Agadir prawns and citrus fruits from the garden are all elevated by his signature open-fire cooking. A heartfelt and refined journey, where memory, mastery and creativity come together.
