Fine Strawberry and Fennel Brioche by Chef Yannick Alléno

Today, we share with you an easy recipe to make at home: Fine Strawberry and Fennel Brioche. A treat for the taste buds!

THE RECIPE’S INGREDIENTS

To make the Fine Strawberry and Fennel Brioche, you will need the following ingredients:

For brioche dough:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 60 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 20 g baker’s yeast
  • 138 g eggs (2 large eggs)
  • 160 ml milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 175 g butter

Strawberry jam

For semi-confit fennel:

  • 3 pc fennel
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 pc vanilla beans
  • 0,5 l water
